All items are professionally packed and insured when shipping. In most cases if payment is received by 3pm EST, the item will be shipped next business day. We offers FREE SHIPPING for all items to the continental U.S. All of our products are located and shipped from Norfolk, VA via UPS or Fedex.
OUR STORE RETURN POLICY
0-14 Days: Eligible for a Full Refund.
30 Days: Eligible for a Return for Store Credit.
The return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact us at 757-457-1858 before returning your item. Please note the rug pads are non-refunding
Refunds If you would like to return your purchase for a full refund, it must be within 14 days of receiving your purchase. After 14 days, we can offer a return for store credit, but you are no longer eligible for a full refund. However, after 30 days of receiving your purchase, you are no longer eligible for a return at all. Returns You are eligible for a return for store credit within 30 days of receiving your purchase. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All sales are final after the 30 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: if any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, after deducting a shipping cost so you will see a difference is refund amount. You will see your refund within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. Consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
